Multiple Hurt as Rough Air Strikes A Delta Airlines Plane Landing at Sydney
A number of individuals have been injured following a Delta aircraft originating in Los Angeles to Sydney, Australia encountered turbulence on Friday morning.
Delta Flight 41 "experienced a brief period of turbulence" as it made its approach and landed at the Sydney airport, an airline spokesperson stated. A number of the onboard staff were injured.
Local paramedics stated they assessed five patients, and transported three of them to hospital with minor injuries that included pain in the back and headaches. The patients' ages were between their 30s to 70s.
