The second-hand marketplace Members Voice Anger About Size Modifications
Members of the platform have expressed outrage due to a modification that led to products showing incorrect sizing.
This online marketplace has altered its sizing categories for women's and children's clothes but did not contact all shoppers about the modification.

Countless users and merchants are posting online saying Vinted listings now show a different size category than originally posted as a result of the reclassification.
Vinted explained the updated approach better aligns with similar services.
They have suggested members to check their listings and adjust the sizing manually where appropriate, causing user dissatisfaction.
Size Classification Modifications
Earlier, the sizing featured one number and one letter, such as S/8 or M/10.
The new system has a letter and a range like S/UK 8-10.
For certain items, the sizing has been recategorised - like an L measurement was previously a 12 but currently displays as UK 16-18.
Shopper Stories
One content creator, who makes TikTok content about plus-size fashion, stated the update "complicates both purchasing and selling".
"Rarely do manufacturers list XL as sizes 20-22," as the platform currently indicates.
A different member, located in Scotland, said garments she listed on Vinted with size 14 labels were showing in the marketplace as larger sizing 20-22.
"Should someone sized 20-22 purchase these they're going to be very disappointed," she explained.
Necessary Adjustments
A different user, from Derby, said she had been left angered due to the update requiring manual adjustment the sizes on "every single listing".
"For me this is particularly frustrating, since I have chronic health issues and Vinted sales have been crucial for me since losing part of my income," she said.
Service Background
The platform boasts over 100 million members, comprising 18 million UK members.
It has proved a popular alternative compared to resale services such as eBay and Depop.
This is not the initial instance when a surprising modification within the service has received backlash: previously, the service retracted a modification concerning shipment methods after backlash from users.
